I have some great news to tell you all. My proclamation to Governor Mitch Daniels has been signed. YAY! June 11, 2011 is officially Teen Volunteer Day in Indiana. I'll have more information on what event I'll being doing that day on my facebook page, Pin Down a Cause: Encouraging Teens to Volunteer, and on my website www.crownswithacause.com
Miss Indiana's Outstanding Teen week is coming up soon! I'm pumped! Over several months I have been having the time of my life preparing for Miss Indiana's Outstanding Teen, whether that be gown shopping or interview practice. Of course, the mock interviews are a bit interesting but I'm making it through thanks to notecards and Newsweek! I'm working more and more on my talent. Hopefully it sounds good! The day of the pageant, June 24th, is the day I've been waiting for all summer! It's in Zionsville, Indiana at Zionsville High School in the Performing Arts Center at 7p.m. EVERYONE is invited so I hope to see you there! Thank you so much for your support!
